Welcome to the Placer County Fair FAQ page! Here you’ll find quick answers about hours, tickets, parking, amenities, and what to expect during your visit. If you still have questions, we’re here to help.
General
Thursday–Friday: 5 PM – 11 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 12 PM – 11 PM
Come early for the rides, stay late for the concerts and summer night fun.
You can bring in an empty or clear water bottle. There are water fill stations available.
Fairground
Parking is $10 per vehicle. Cash or credit is accepted at the entrance.
Please help us be good neighbors by avoiding residential parking.
Yes! All concerts are free with fair admission. Grab your ticket, head to the stage, and enjoy the show.
Yes. A private nursing room is available inside the Roebbelen Center for your comfort and convenience.
We have multiple restrooms on campus booth inside building and outside, please refer to the campus map and click on the restroom tab in the top right corner for specific locations.
We do not have any lockers available on campus. Please keep your personal items with you.
Please report any suspicious activity to the information booth or nearest Fair Staff member.
Tickets
All ticket types can be purchased online or at the gate.

Adults: $10
Military: $8
Seniors (65+): $8
Children (6-13): $6
Kids (0-5): Free
Rib Cook-Off tickets are $40 each and include one rib from every competing team plus one People’s Choice vote.
Fair admission tickets get you into the Placer County Fair and include access to concerts, exhibits, livestock shows, and most daily entertainment.
Carnival tickets or wristbands are sold separately and are required for rides and games. Presale carnival ride wristbands are good for any single day of unlimited rides at the fair.
Tickets are non-refundable.
