The Still Exhibits at the fair is a way for members of the community to showcase their talents and compete for prizes with the opportunity to be named Best of Show in each of the individual categories. Enter your own creation online through the ShoWorks portal and explore all the categories you can enter below.

This year, the Placer County Scholarship Pageants, produced by Up Pageantry, on Thursday night inside Johnson Hall at the Fair.
Who will be crowned and receive thousands of dollars in gifts, prizes, and scholarships? Join the Up Pageantry family, and it could be YOU! Or, come watch and find out!

Rib Cook-Off
The 4th Annual Placer County Fair Rib Cook-Off!
Join us at the 4th Annual Placer County Fair Rib Cook-Off on Sunday, June 23. People's Choice Voting starts at 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Stay around for the award ceremony at 4:00 pm and see if your favorite rib wins!
This wild and delicious event will feature teams competing for the Judges' Choice and People's Choice trophies. Attendees will enjoy a fun, Fair atmosphere including all kinds of beverages, music, carnival, Family Fun Zone, livestock, and so many vendors and entertainers!
We're on the hunt for talented competitors, but space is limited, so sign up now to secure your spot in this sizzling showdown!

Mosaic Contest
RULES: These rules are designed to ensure stability and safety during the event.

Size 13" Diameter

Stone, glass or tile round mosaics accepted

Each Mosaic must include a theme from the listed categories

Entries must be received on 6/13/24, between 12:00 - 5:00 PM. Drop off completed entries to the backloading area of Jones Hall (near the parking lot) at 700 Event Center Drive, Roseville
CATEGORIES: You may choose to enter more than one category; however, you are limited to three entries. Prizes will be given in each category, and the grand prize winner will receive $250.00!

The entries will be displayed during the fair and voted on by fairgoers via a QR Code survey. Winners will be announced on the last day of the fair. Good luck!
Please note that the Mosiac you submit will not be returned to you, but will be enjoyed by future fair-goers. We appreciate your support in providing fun experiences for our community.
Scavenger Hunt
How to Play

Look for the Scavenger Hunt logo at each of the 15 checkpoints around the Fair using the provided hints. You can visit them in any order.

When you find the checkpoint, record the codeword on the scavenger hunt form, noting the BOLD letters.

Once all checkpoints are found, submit the form for a chance to win prizes!
You can fill out the scavenger hunt form on this page or get a printout at the Information Booth. Submit completed printout forms at the Information Booth or use the online form below.
