Free for youth, $5 per entry for adults

The Still Exhibits at the fair is a way for members of the community to showcase their talents and compete for prizes with the opportunity to be named Best of Show in each of the individual categories. Online registration coming soon!

Rib Cook-Off

The 6th Annual Placer County Fair Rib Cook-Off!

Home of the original rib passport! Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be in the know for tickets, this has been a sell-out event!

Want bragging rights? Want to become the Rib Champion? Reach out to dave@atthegrounds.com to learn more. Put your ribs to the test bring home the belt and be this year's Champion!

Scavenger Hunt

How to Play

Look for the Scavenger Hunt logo at each of the 15 checkpoints around the Fair using the provided hints. You can visit them in any order.
When you find the checkpoint, record the codeword on the scavenger hunt form, noting the BOLD letters.
Once all checkpoints are found, submit the form for a chance to win prizes!

You can fill out the scavenger hunt form on this page or get a printout at the Information Booth. Submit completed printout forms at the Information Booth or use the online form below.

Submit your completed form to be entered into a drawing to win one of the following prizes:
